These terms cover your use of Noorani LMS (“Noorani”), the platform your school uses for classes, enrollment and records. By using it you agree to them.
Accounts
- Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Teacher invitation links are personal: the first Google account to use one claims that account.
- Your school decides who may use its site and can remove access.
Acceptable use
Use Noorani only for your school's education and administration. Don't try to access records you aren't permitted to see, disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.
Payments
Tuition and fees are set by your school and processed by Stripe. Refunds and financial aid are decided by your school under its own policies; contact the school about them.
Your content
Schools, teachers and families keep ownership of what they add. You give Noorani permission to store and display it only to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep Noorani available and its data backed up, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, Noorani isn't liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Noorani means you accept them.
